Illya Kagan is a plein air painter based on Nantucket Island. His landscape paintings capture the essence of Nantucket's rolling moors, windswept beaches, and historic downtown. He can be found painting throughout the seasons on location from Nantucket to the Caribbean, to the Alps, and beyond.
